To be fair though, that will be the owner of the premises. And Ocean, like all these vultures, rely on essays of text on small signs 8 feet up in the air.
If every establishment had a big clear sign like that, fine aside, Ocean's takings would plummet.4 -
Ocean Parking are a member of the IPC, and that signage contravenes the IPC's code of conduct as it is misleading. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.4

Although they seem to be including Ocean's logo so I assume as an absolute minimum they must be aware that the branch is displaying signs.Car1980 said:To be fair though, that will be the owner of the premises. The only company logo, or identification is that of Ocean parking, not Mc Donalds, or anyone else .Therefore it would be expected that anyone who sees that sign would take the reasonable assumption that it was sanctioned by the PPCFrom the Plain Language Commission:

Ocean are not on the list on the IPC website.tacpot12 said:Ocean Parking are a member of the IPC, and that signage contravenes the IPC's code of conduct as it is misleading. You are looking on the wrong page, but it's the IPC so it's not exactly plain and up front as you would expect:
If this is Wisemore it is a retail site with other restaurants, a Tesco etc and the parking restrictions are different for different areas the signage is sparse, confusing, and very poor, another PPC honeytap!I suspect this sign has been produced by someone at Mc D's to be helpful, they don't use Ocean on stand alone sites.Companies are usually very precious about people copying or using their logos without permission, I am surprised this hasn't been pulled up, but once again it blows the lies about site auditing completely out of the water yet again.

Possibly something related to the supplier of the tablet registration device.
Ocean wouldn't use the word fine, plus it's not in their branding.0
