The restriction is a standard one linked to the mortgage. So when you sell the charge is discharged and the restriction removed. That doesn’t need complying with as a result when selling as the order of events is Discharge first and Transfer second.The terms of the lease and the Notes re what’s included might be what they are referring to but that won’t be an issue for us at HMLR as we don’t have to check if the terms have been complied with. Note they state “may not register…..” so worth asking them for clarity“Official Company Representative
