Some good advice here  - just picking up on the reliability criteria which is vital for those of us with a degree of variability in symptoms.

For more info, google "PIP reliability criteria" and AI gives helpful summary.

More information on the whole PIP assessment can be found here:

Excellent points and useful info in all the rest of your post, but just to pick up on this - AI summaries are basically fancy predictive text based on what words are statistically most likely to respond to the prompt and sound good, so they are different for everyone (as well as not being reliable for accuracy).  It's always best to link or direct people to a static human-written web page because aside from any updates to make them more accurate, they will say the same thing every time, and the reader can evaluate the reliability of the page as a source for themselves.

Googling is good advice, to find search results that explain it in a way that makes sense to the individual.  Just not the AI summary.
