Competition terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility: Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of The Valley Evesham are not eligible to enter.

  2. Entry Fee: There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

  3. How to Enter: Entries must be submitted via the official The Valley Evesham social media channels as instructed in the competition post. Only one entry per person per day will be accepted unless otherwise stated.

  4. Winner Selection & Notification:

  • The winner will be chosen fairly by The Valley Evesham.

  • Winners will only be contacted via The Valley Evesham’s official social media page.

  • We will never request bank details, payments, or ask you to click on external links.

  • Publicity: By entering, participants agree to take part in reasonable PR, social media, and promotional activity following the competition, including the use of their name and image.

  • Closing Date: No entries will be accepted after the advertised closing date.

  • Responsibility for Entries: The Valley Evesham cannot accept responsibility for entries not received, delayed, or corrupted due to technical issues.

  • Prize Conditions:

    • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

    • The Valley Evesham reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.

    • Prizes must be collected in person on 24th December 2025 between 9am and 11am at The Valley Evesham. Failure to collect will result in forfeiture.

  • Amendments & Cancellation: The Valley Evesham reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Entrants will be notified where possible.

  • Fraud & Misconduct: The Valley Evesham reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating, or misconduct.

  • Liability: The Valley Evesham accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

  • Data Protection: Personal data provided during entry will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

  • Final Decision: The Valley Evesham’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
