    - OPs to mortgage = £12,822 Estd. interest saved = £6,166 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 79 books of target 52 in 2025, as @ 24th December 
    Produce tracker: £453 of £300 in 2025

    It's a Spendy Day Tuesday here so staying on 1/20 NSD - babyface isn't well and needed a set of blood tests at the vets  :/:( She should be on be mend soon xxx As it's a spend day I might treat myself to a take away this evening, if I feel able / can be bothered to go and get one / order one - Not had one since last year  :D
