6 x 4 thermal labels

As a registered business on ebay and when I was using a Royal Mail OBA account I always got my 6x4 thermal labels from Royal mail free of charge, I bought my Zebra printer from them years ago.
However whilst I still technically have a RM business account I no longer use it , nor have I done for well over a year as with all the new rules on ebay it's easier and cheaper for me just to use the ebay label service. This means I can't seem to find how to order thermal labels.
It might be I have a dead link or it might be that as I don't use OBA now I am not eligible, but frankly the RM system is a nightmare, It suggests I can order but all the links go round and round in circles and just keep going back to the OBA page , so 2 questions.
1) can any business seller who still can order thermal labels provide me with a link?
and
2) Has anyone got a reasonably priced supplier they can recommend so I cna buy direct.
It's not mega urgent, I'm a low user - I used to order 6 large rolls at a time and they would last me well over a year and I've only half way through my second to last one.

The RM website for this is about the worst I've ever known. I was talked through it by RM and they were laughing how bad it was. The best option is to use Chrome as a browser, log on, then delete all cookies for the site, then refresh and click on order supplies and you should see the online mail supplies link. If you don't, try that process again, and click on "My account" and it may or may not work. Usually it appears. My biggest pain is ordering mailbags. You order them in 20s but when you order 20 you only receive 5, so if you want 20 you have to order 80. You're supposed to order mailbags weekly and only hold a week's supply but they take over 2 weeks to arrive, if they bother sending them. Anything clerical with Royal Mail is a complete mess, from their website to invoicing to adding products.

If you are friendly with the DO just ask them for a roll or two.In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0

Unfortunately not. We were on very friendly terms , I used to take Christmas sweets in, and other things as appropriate, but my local shop now takes all my RM stuff (as well as other couriers ) and gives me a receipt with no need to attend at a certain time and queue for 20 -25 minutes at DO.If you are friendly with the DO just ask them for a roll or two.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Perhaps it's because I log in through the original RM business site even to use standard RM postage (I had both set up over the years) and still print non ebay labels via RM. Most of my business sales are still RM and these labels are so convenient in my Zebra printer.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. That's a shame, before figuring out I could just ask I did buy 2 rolls on eBay, was above a fiver each delivered at the time, both had Royal Mail printed around the inside of the centre tube.soolin said:
