Clear Score reporting new unsecured loan has been added

Hi All -  I have a question around the ClearScore. Last night I received a message from CS that a new unsecured loan has been added onto my account. I only have one loan - with Sainsbury's, now they have migrated to NatWest, and my loan account  with them. There is an info in my CS report saying my Sainsbury account will be removed from my profile soon.  I cannot see the details of the unsecured loan thats just added there and I wonder if what happened is Sainsbury is being removed, and as my agreement is now with NW,  ClearScore shows  that new unsecured loan s added to reflect that, or is it something all together more worrysome? I cannot see a way to contact CS- they  messaged me link to their bot  redirecting me to ready answers. I called NatWest- where I did not get any answers and I'm trying to think whats my next step. I am worried  its somethign else and my  credit rating will be spoiled, its pristine atm and never has been in any trouble so I  am desperate to clear this situation. Any idea anyone, any advise? TIA

Loan has been added or will be added ?  Notifications are often based on what will be on your next report.  As they are showing the Sains loan will be removed it is logical to expect a NW one to replace it.  Nothing to get worked up about.

The email  from CSsaid - a crdit agreement is being added to your report, however now after a refresh teh CS account says - you have one unsecured loan on your report. When I click on it it takes me to a general page, so I cannot expand on details of what this loan is.

Yes - it’s nothing to worry about I’ve had the same for my credit card 👍
