TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw in relation to the Good Morning Britain, Loose Women, Lorraine and This Morning programmes (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post, via the Programme app (the “App”) and online via i) via the QR code showing during the on screen promotion (to be redirected to www.itv.com/win) in relation to Good Morning Britain only (“QR Code”)  or (ii) the www.itv.com/win orwww.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 28 November 2025.
• Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and online at 4.00pm. on Friday 12 December 2025.
• Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 2.00pm. on Thursday 18 December 2025.
   

Winner selection & contact:

 

• The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.
• The Programme’s producers may call the winners once or multiple times live on-air on Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and/or Loose Women, at their own discretion, within one (1) week of the closing date and time of the Prize Draw however, please note that any public announcement made regarding the winner is pending verification unless otherwise stated and should not be considered final confirmation.
• By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you consent to the Programme’s production team phoning you live on-air on the Programme and for your name, general location, and details of the prize that you have won to be announced in the Programme, on the Website, on social media platforms and/or elsewhere at the Promoter’s and/or Programme producers’ discretion. This is in addition to the Promoter’s rights under clause 9.5 of the ITV’s General Terms. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). For each subsequent call from the same phone number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their call). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs £2.50 plus your network access charge.

 

• SMS text – send an SMS text with the keyword WIN, APP or WINNER to 80118; up to twelve (12) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £2.50 plus one standard network rate message.  Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged (where applicable). By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry (provided you have not reached the cap of six (6) paid entries for that week’s Winsday draw).

 

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contactsection above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

Prize:

 

There is one (1) prize of one hundred and twenty thousand pounds (£120,000) cash (the “Cash”), a Range Rover (the “Car”), a campervan (the “Campervan”) and gift and gadget package (the “Package”).

 

(i) the Cash

 

This element of the prize consists of one hundred and twenty thousand pounds sterling (£120,000) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

 

(ii) the Car

 

This element of the prize consists of a Range Rover Evoque Dynamic SE P160 Ingenium 1.5 litre 3-cylinder 160HP Turbocharged Petrol (Automatic) Front Wheel Drive in the colour of the winner’s choice (colour subject to availability). The Car shall include the first registration fee, road fund licence for twelve (12) months and thirty pounds (£30) worth of fuel (petrol).

 

The prize provider of the Car will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Car to the winner’s UK home address (in the UK, Channel Island or Isle of Man) or the Group 1 Land Rover North West London dealership, at the winner’s choice, within four (4) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Car, a current driver’s licence and current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport. The winner is responsible for insuring the Car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the Car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person. Please note that the Car will include mileage for promotional purposes. Please note that an example car may be used to film the on air VT and will not therefore be the prize Car.

 

(iii) the Campervan

 

This element of the prize consists of a Ford Transit Day Van Camper in Metallic Red, including first registration fee, road fund licence for the first year, thirty pounds (£30) worth of fuel (petrol) and number plates (the “Campervan”).

 

The Campervan winner shall have the choice of either: (i) collecting the Campervan at a local Vanworx dealership with a formal handover; or (ii) having the Campervan delivered to the winner’s

home address, within four (4) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register

the Campervan, a current driver’s licence and a current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport.

 

The winner is responsible for insuring the Campervan and all other costs associated with taking up the Campervan. The winner may choose to register the Campervan in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

 

(iv) the Package
