1. By entering this prize draw (the Promotion), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the Terms and Conditions).  Completion and submission of an entry form or e-mail will also be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Promotional materials relating to the Promotion, including all information on how to enter the Promotion on the Promoter’s talkSPORT station (including social media if applicable) or on the Promoter's websites, also form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in such promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

Eligibility

1. The Promotion is only open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales.

Winners and Prizes 

1. There will be only one winner of the Promotion (the Winner), who will receive the Prize (as defined below). The Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries for this Promotion received during the Promotion Period by a computer process that produces verifiably random results. There will be no prizes for any other participants.
2. The Prize is: 

a) Two (2) tickets to Talksport Darts Trophy 2025 held on Wednesday 10 December 2025 at The Moretown Belle, London. Winner and guest must present valid photographic identification on entry and on request and are solely responsible for all travel to and from the event.

b) Two (2) General Admission tickets to PDC World Darts Tournament at Alexandra Palace, London, on Thursday 11th December 2025. Tickets are subject to Ticketmasters Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.pdc.tv/paddy-power-world-darts-championship-tickets. Promoter reserves the right to substitute tickets for a different event and date without notice if ticket(s) to the advertised event become unavailable for any reason and/or at its sole discretion. Winner and guest must present valid photographic identification on entry and on request and are solely responsible for all travel to and from the event.

c) Two (2) nights accommodation at Virgin Hotels Shoreditch, London. The winner and guest will be sharing a grand chamber king room. Accommodation is provided on a room only basis. The Winner must provide a credit card at check in for incidentals.

d) £2,500 (five thousand pounds) cash 

Total prize value of: £4,800.00. 

1. PDC World Darts Tournament Ticket element of the Prize is subject to the ticket providers terms and conditions as well as the rules and regulations of Alexandra Palace, London. 

1. The Prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.  The Winner has no right to request or receive an alternative to the Prize, and the Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or its monetary value, in whole or in part. The Winner must be available to attend the Prize events on Wednesday 10 December and Thursday 11 December 2025 to be an eligible Winner. If they are not available to attend the events, then they will be deemed invalid and a new winner will be drawn. The tickets awarded to the winner will be provided prior to the event. The PDC Dart Tickets will be available for collection at the venue ticket office from 5.30pm on the night of the event on the night of the event, and it is the responsibility of the winner to collect them. 
2. Notwithstanding paragraph 20 above, in the event that, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter is unable to award the Prize as described in these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to award a prize of a similar nature and an equivalent value, or at its sole discretion, the cash value of the Prize.  The Promoter also reserves the right to award a prize of a similar nature and an equivalent value, or at its sole discretion, the cash value of the Prize if in its reasonable discretion it is appropriate to do so. 
3. The Winner is responsible for paying all costs and expenses that are not included within the Prize, but are incidental to the Winner redeeming the Prize, including (for example) transport, extra accommodation, meal costs, spending money, insurance and any other incidentals. The Winner is also personally responsible for any personal expenses and any VAT, national and/or local tax liabilities (if any) incurred in claiming or using the Prize.  Unless the specific rules of the Promotion restrict the Promotion Winners to people aged over 18, if the Winner's companion is a minor, the minor must be accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian (at their own expense).   
4. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree that the Prize is awarded on an "as is" basis and that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies, make any guarantees, representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize. 

Winner Notification and Claiming Prize 

1. The Promoter will randomly select 1 participant (from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period by a computer process that produces verifiably random results). This selected participant will be contacted by telephone at approximately 17:00 (5:00pm) on Thursday 4 December 2025, and will be given 30 seconds to answer this call. During this call, the selected participant will be informed that a talkSPORT presenter will call them once, live, during that day’s talkSPORT Drive show. The selected participant must personally answer this live call, and must confirm their eligibility to accept the Prize  to be confirmed as the Winner of the Prize.
2. If, at either the time of the initial notification call or the live on-air call:

(i) the selected participant fails to answer the phone within thirty (30) seconds of the Promoter’s call;

(ii) another person answers the call;

(iii) the call is directed to voicemail or a call screening service;

(iv) the call becomes disconnected and it is not possible to re-establish contact;

(v) the selected participant is not, or does not appear to be, in a position to safely and/or lawfully take or remain on the call (for example, if they are or appear to be driving); or

(vi) the call quality is unsuitable for broadcast, or the selected participant cannot be heard clearly (for example, due to low or no signal, dropped connection, background noise, or feedback);

(vii) the selected participant refuses to participate or confirm acceptance of the Prize;

the selected participant will forfeit their chance to win.

1. In the event the selected participant forfeits their chance to win as set out in Clause 25, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select another participant at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The same notification and confirmation process will then apply to any re-drawn participant(s).
2. The Promoter may require the selected participant to confirm their telephone number when called. The Promoter will not call back on an alternative number. If the selected participant is unable to confirm their number, or if the Promoter has reason to believe that the entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the selected participant and select another participant in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. With the selected participant’s consent, the call with the talkSPORT presenter may be switched to a video call; however, this is not obligatory. The call may be broadcast live on talkSPORT, or pre-recorded for later broadcast at the Promoter’s discretion.
4. If a winner cannot be confirmed live on-air during the talkSPORT Drive radio show, the Promoter may continue the selection process off-air, contacting participants in random order until a winner is confirmed.
5. The Prize (or details with instructions on how to obtain or book the Prize) will be delivered or communicated to the confirmed winner within a reasonable time following confirmation of their eligibility. 

Publicity and Data Protection 

1. The Promoter will collect and process participants' personal information in accordance with the privacy policy at http://www.newsprivacy.co.uk/. See also clauses 24-30, with regard to the announcement of the Winner.  
2. The Promoter is required to either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. As such, (and subject to any objections of the Winner) the Promoter will send the surname and county of the Winner and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone that contacts the Promoter at the address given above by no later than 28 (twenty eight) days after the end of the Promotion Period. 
3. The Winner of this Promotion may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity.
4. If a Winner objects to their information being published and/or made available, or participating in publicity as described above, they should inform the Promoter at the earliest opportunity by emailing feedback@talksport.co.uk.  The Winner acknowledges that the Promoter may still be required to share their details with the Advertising Standards Authority or other regulators.

Liability 

1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall in any way limit or exclude the Promoter's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not be limited as a matter of law. 
2. The Promoter will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from participants' entry into the Promotion or their acceptance and/or use of the Prize, or for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit participant's ability to participate in the Promotion.  Your statutory rights are not affected.
3. The Promoter will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, defaced, incomplete, illegible or otherwise unreadable entries. Proof of sending an entry (whether by email, SMS or other method) is not proof of receipt by the Promoter of any entries.
4. Without prejudice to a participant’s statutory rights and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss or damage incurred by or any personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a Prize.
5. The title in the Prize and any risk of loss or damage to the Prize will pass to the Winner upon delivery of the Prize to such Winner. The Promoter is not liable for or obliged to replace any defective, lost, damaged or stolen Prize where such defect, loss or damage is not due to the fault and/or negligence of the Promoter.
6. Each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the prize providers from any claims related to travel delays, event cancellations, visa issues, illness, or force majeure events.
