Trading 212 cash ISA transfer out

Hi am trying to transfer ISA from 212 to moneybox. Moneybox is asking for the account/reference number and sort code for 212. I've tried the "account" number and the cash ISA ID number with no success. Can anyone help? I'm sure they do this to stall you or make you feel like giving up

Have you tried using the Cash ISA Account ID (Menu → Settings → My account → Account details) and leaving the sort code blank?0
