I had mutli PCNs issued with total claims at £610, i paid for parking but they claim they recieved payment a day later, the money for the time ive parked is correct that was not even taken into consideration, they claim the PCN's were issued before payment was made. 

Which tbh is true i paid the day after because the app wasnt working no signal and i was annoyed because i had to go looking for sign that stated the terms and conditions.
