Debt recovery letter for airport drop off pcn

Hi, someone i know had a pcn from stansted airport drop off. They have ignored all the letters since and now are getting debt recovery letter.
My question is should he wait for if they issue any court proceeding or contact the apcoa to let them know because of non pofa they can't transfer liability to keeper?

Also what are the chances they will take court actions?

Thank you

Highly unlikely to get a court claim.
     Do nothing unless they move

It's a pity the original charge notice was not appealed as it would have been cancelled with a simple "no keeper liability" appeal as posted elsewhere.

APCOA are not known for court action but since the keeper is not liable and the driver isn't known to them, they would have difficulty winning.

DRP will have no option but to pass it back to the PPC and tell them they are failures

Thereafter the PPC will no doubt pass it on to one of the money scam legals, there are only a few who ply their rubbish, easy to beat

Let us know if ond of these ;ow life contact you

Nothing will happen. APCOA never sue.

    Ignore these letters.

We don't need to see these letters again (your friend should have come here and killed it with one email).

Now they'll get the whole laughable letter chain from DR Plus then ZZPS.

See the pictures in post 4 of the NEWBIES thread, where I beg for no new posts or pictures of the daft £170 threatograms.

Thank you. I have told my friend to ignore these debt recovery letters and see if they take it any further and isuue letter before claim. I just wanted to know what are the chances they will go to court which looks very highly unlikely inthis case. Thanks all for your replies and advice much appriciated
