Appeal advice needed please-EuroCar Park PCN
Hi all I hope you are well, I am looking for advice and help on grounds to appeal.
Recently at the weekends , I have been studying at a Tim Hortons in Gravesend UK with a friend for our upcoming accounting exams as I cannot study at home ( get too distracted haha)
The Tim Hortons is in a retail park, operated by Euro Car park, and to be honest being from Gravesend that retail park is not busy and a bit dead so I did not think they would have ANPR cameras.
I did not know they had a four hour maximum stay and got a letter last week for staying longer than this in relation to a few weeks ago,
I then appealed on the grounds of getting a parking fine for being a loyal customer and staying at a coffee shop too long, Turns out today I now got another letter from the same operator for staying too late again this past weekend while revising again, it is incredibly disheartening to see these tickets especially so close to Christmas
I find it a complete scam that their charge is for £100 and only discounted to £60 if paid quickly
I cannot afford two fines and just wondering if anyone has any suggestions or advice over wha grounds I can appeal on?
Many thanks

But these are not fines and nobody pays.
Read the MSE Guide: click on the words underneath the little red 'MSE link' in the small 'Parking Ticket Appeals' banner at the top of this page which leads to the MSE Guide to fight PCNs.
Same info is shown in both this forum and in that Guide, as regards the debt recovery letters being a futile stage and ignoring these demands being risk-free as long as you don't miss or ignore a Court Claim (easy to defend). Consistent advice here is easy to find and not just from random strangers.
The MSE Guide is official 'Martin Lewis backed' advice.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you, would anyone know what to write in the appeal?0

Sorry its my first time here however, and a bit unsure how to start the process

Many thanks in advance0
