Trip.com traincard

Did anyone else make the same mistake as me and buy a Trip.com ‘traincard’ as it was listed with the ‘railcards’ then realise it only gives a 4% discount and only if you buy tickets through Trip.com? I requested a refund as soon as I realised but it’s been refused. Feeling silly and disappointed🤦♀️🙁

I did not, but your post made me look at their webpage and I see that they have 600 digital railcards at £1 available from midday 28/11 (you have to buy a train ticket on their site to activate the thing).
Anyone done this offer (or rather a previous incarnation), or is it as crappy as @Trainnewbie's offer above?0 -
I have just 'renewed' my senior railcard with Trip.com and realised my mistake too late! How can i get my physical railcard, or my money back?0

You didn't wait until noon and renew it for a quid?jeremyhills said:I have just 'renewed' my senior railcard with Trip.com and realised my mistake too late! How can i get my physical railcard, or my money back?
There's no way to swap from virtual to physical railcard if you buy direct from Railcard, can't imagine Trip will differ.0
