Felt threatened by Evri courier but can't get through to Evri

Confronted the Evri courier today after a spate of crushed packages, incorrect deliveries and today, the sound of a package hitting the door, clearly having been thrown from the street to the doorstep. It was the last straw so I opened the door and asked the courier to not throw packages. He denied it and I repeated my request at which point he got quite confrontational. Even said 'Well if that's how you feel I won't deliver here.' (I'd really rather he didn't, but same time, I need my deliveries to arrive!) I've got a Ring doorcam, and a photo of the van numberplate but it has left me feeling pretty vulnerable (woman on my own in the house). I really need to get through to a human at Evri to complain about this courier but the Chatbot boots me out once I put the tracking number in, without the option to get through to a human. Phoneline is the same. Anyone got any bright ideas? It's left me feeling pretty shaken.

How horrid for you, pay peanuts get monkeys springs to mind but thats not fair to other good couriers, like mine.
I don't know if it will work but try emailing the CEO direct, they will likely pass it on to someone else but it should get you a reply if nothing else, let us know.

Thank you for this. I love our local DPD guy – we have a lovely little hello every time he delivers; UPS too; Amazon also decent. It's just the Evri person that is routinely awful! Thank you, appreciate that. I will dig through the Ring footage from earlier, but I have a horrible feeling that because he never rings the doorbell it might not have recorded... Couldn't find any footage when he delivered a completely crushed candle to the doorstep and attached a fake photo to the proof of delivery email. Mine does too.I've emailed the CEO of Evri previously, I can't remember what it was about as it was several years ago, but someone contact me on behalf of the CEO and sorted it so hopefully they'll do the same for you.Thrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
