Registering a IPDI trust. Advice appreciated.

Hello
I'm looking for some guidance on registerring a trust. Father passed away Jan 24 leaving a IPDI trust allowing my mother to coninue living in their house that they owned as tennants in common. I'm getting close to the time I need to registerr the trust (2 years from death).

Is this a relatively easy process to complete on your own or am I best to hire a solicitor?
I did the probate myself with some help from this forum and found it to be fairly straightforward.
Are there any pitfalls or things I need to be aware of.?

I know the question is a bit general but I like to know what to look out for in advance.

Many thanks for any advice offered

See link below, should be no problem doing this yourself

    https://www.gov.uk/guidance/register-a-trust-as-a-trustee

If you are co trustee of the trust with your mother, you might wish to go a stage further and register on the land registry as co owner in your capacity as trustee together with a form A Restriction preventing any future dealings with the property without both trustees involvement.
Again possible to do this yourself with assistance from the Land Registry.
