Missed appeal as no idea of fine until trace recovery letter

As per title. The letter from trace debt recovery says the offence happened in jan 2022. I had absolutly no idea. I dont know who the landowner is as its says client is alliance parking and gives an address for city gates upper yard sa1 1ee which google suggests is an ncp.
Also it doesnt have any of the codes or names ive seem on the forums to say what it is,  an invoice or a fine or what so not sure im appealing. It looks exactly like the one in the picture on point 4 in the newbie thread but that says to ignore and do plan a but who and is there a template letter i can already use.

This will be down to not updating your V5C address when you moved before the PCN.

Just ignore Trace.

Hi address has not changed in 10 years so all upto date and correct.

Will wait to see if any different letters come
