Maybe the detail is in the actual email these terms arrived in but what constitutes an "eligible transaction"?

It's mentioned several times in those Terms (including a list of what ISN'T eligible) and that you need to make five of them, but it's not defined.

That's a different scheme, with different Terms

That's 15% cashback between 26/11 - 26/12 up to £10 max.

The scheme mentioned by @sheffieldeagle in OP is 5 "eligible transactions" between 26/11 - 26/12 to earn £10.

I'd guess that you are eligible for one or the other (or none, or maybe both) depending on which email is received (or not).
