non-gmail account via google

Hi, I have a non-gmail account accessible via google, but I don't remember how to see the emails through google. Any advice?
Thank you!
PS And I don't remember the pw but I guess I will be able to change it when I manage to get to the non-gmail email.

What is the end of the email address?

    E.g.

    XXXXXX@outlook.com
    XXXXXX@hotmail.com
    XXXXXX@yahoomail.com

    etc

Generally you can view these emails on their specific domain (e.g. if you have an outlook.com email address, you can check it on outlook.com) or by adding the account to a mail provider app or program (e.g. outlook or gmail).

Before attempting to use the address with Google or Outlook etc reset the password directly on the provider's site.

In the Gmail app see if the account is still there (tap your pic at the top right) and then attempt to view emails, inputting the password if required.

I can only access my account via google. I was given instructions by the organisation three times and I forgot...
I will ask them again if I don't manage to do it.

so the email account that you can't see the emails for are of the format cisco65@reliablecharity.org?

You need to get the email administrator at reliablecharity (there will be one) to reset your email password and send you the reset link, presumably to your gmail account.

Can you clarify what you mean by the fact that you can see it "via google"
Do you mean the google chrome browser on your laptop? Or ditto on your tablet/phone? Or the gmail app on your phone? Or what?
