Kumio Ice machine purchased from Amazon

I purchased a Kumio ice machine in April 2024 via Amazon, it has a 2 year warranty. It has just stopped working I have  followed the procedure set out by Amazon, however Amazon say I need to contact Kumio directly and Amazon have sent me a link (which does not work). I have emailed Kumio support (email taken from instruction book) but no response yet

I have requested a Product Support call from Amazon which is arranged for tomorrow, as I need to know what to do next. The Ice machine cost £75 in 2024

    The warranty is from the manufacturer, you have consumer rights with Amazon (provided it was a personal purchase).

    As the device is over 6 months old. You need a 3rd party report if you are hoping that Amazon are going to do anything.
    So you are looking at a warranty claim (if covered)

    I think you are overreacting here, you sent an email yesterday and have not heard back and are not trying to escalate with Amazon, that feels very premature to me.
