LPAs questions

Have recently set up the 2 LPAs for my mum.
Both me and my sister have our LPA attorney documents .
I have set up a GOV.uk.one account and added both LPAs via the refs and keys .
Can I access the LPAs via the GOV.UK one app . I have logged in and it is now asking me to prove identity ? via passport or DL . When I have done this will this allow me to view the LPAs via the app document download option? It does allow a QR scan which the LPAs both have.
Also to register the LPAs in the important places do We need to take both my mums and our LPA documents . Ive got Doctors,Bank,Council, and then all the online bills TV and phone services , and utilities. Not sure if I have missed anything.
Any advice much appreciated.
Paul

You may not need to take the paper documents with you everywhere. The online system allows you to create a key for a specific organisation such as a bank and give it to them to allow them to view the document online. I found that banks, HMRC etc did it this way, while the doctors surgery and local building society wanted sight of the actual paper document and photocopied it (which is frustrating if you are not local).
And in my experience I don't think that the documents sent to you and your sister are that important - it's the one sent to your mum that names you as Attorneys that people will want to see, possibly with some ID to show that you are the person named in that document.1 -
I did see the option to name a bank or other which would generate a key.
Appreciate the advice ...Thank you0
