Conditions of Participation for the TUI BLUE Christmas Duck Hunt

1. The competition is organised by TUI Hotel Betriebsgesellschaft mbH, Karl-Wiechert-Allee 23, 30625 Hannover, Germany, hereinafter referred to as TUI BLUE. The eligibility requirements, the actions to be taken, the prizes and the method of drawing the winner are set out in the competition description and, in addition, in these Conditions of Participation.

2. Participants must be at least 18 years of age, resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands), speak German or English, and have an internet connection and a valid email address. Employees of TUI AG and TUI BLUE and their relatives are excluded from participating in this competition. The same shall apply to travel agencies with TUI representation.

3. Participation is accomplished by correctly answering the competition question (estimation question) and registering with a valid email address, providing all required contact information in full on the registration page. Each person may participate in the competition only once.

4. Participation shall be independent of the booking of a trip or the purchase of other services and shall be free of charge. Participation shall be exclusively via the competition page provided by TUI BLUE.

5. The duration of the entire competition is from midnight on 24 November 2025 (CET) to 11:59 pm on 26 December 2025 (CET). During this period, you can take part in the competition via the competition page provided by TUI BLUE. A total of four (4) winners will be randomly drawn from all participants. Should no one estimate the correct number, the winners will be selected at random from amongst the closest estimates. Each winner shall receive only one (1) of the prizes listed in clause 6 of these Conditions of Participation, allocated at random. There shall be no entitlement to a prize other than that randomly allocated nor to more than one (1) of the four (4) prizes.

6. A total of four (4) prizes will be drawn amongst all participants in the competition:

1. Prize: A hotel voucher for TUI BLUE Seno. The hotel voucher includes a 7-night stay at the TUI BLUE Seno including all-inclusive for 2 people (winner+1) in a Double Room with Sea View. The all-inclusive package includes open buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a selection of various snacks at certain times and selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (including soft drinks, beer, table wine, selected cocktails, coffee and tea specialties). The costs for food or drinks not included in the all-inclusive package as well as voluntary additional services on site must be borne by the winner. The travel costs for arrival and departure as well as any tourist taxes are not included in the prize and must also be borne by the winner. Redemption of the hotel voucher is possible upon request until 01 September 2026 at the latest and only subject to availability for a period between 01 May 2026 and 31 October 2026. To redeem the hotel voucher, the winner must contact TUI BLUE independently via the email address specified in the prize confirmation email.

2. Prize: A hotel voucher for TUI BLUE Montafon. The hotel voucher includes a 3-night stay at the TUI BLUE Montafon including half board for 2 people (winner+1) in a Double Room Classic with Mountain View. The half board package includes breakfast and dinner, each from the buffet (excluding beverages). The costs for food or drinks not included in the half board package as well as voluntary additional services on site must be borne by the winner. The travel costs for arrival and departure as well as any tourist taxes are not included in the prize and must also be borne by the winner. Redemption of the hotel voucher is possible upon request until 01 September 2026 at the latest and only subject to availability for a period between 01 March 2026 and 01 November 2026. To redeem the hotel voucher, the winner must contact TUI BLUE independently via the email address specified in the prize confirmation email.

3. Prize: A hotel voucher for TUI BLUE Schladming. The hotel voucher includes a 3-night stay at the TUI BLUE Schladming including half board for 2 people (winner+1) in a Double Room Classic. The half board package includes breakfast and dinner, each from the buffet (excluding beverages). The costs for food or drinks not included in the half board package as well as voluntary additional services on site must be borne by the winner. The travel costs for arrival and departure as well as any tourist taxes are not included in the prize and must also be borne by the winner. Redemption of the hotel voucher is possible upon request until 01 September 2026 at the latest and only subject to availability for a period between 01 March 2026 and 31 October 2026. To redeem the hotel voucher, the winner must contact TUI BLUE independently via the email address specified in the prize confirmation email.

4. Prize: A TUI Horizn suitcase. The TUI Horizn suitcase has the dimensions 55 cm (height) x 40 cm (width) x 23 cm (depth), a capacity of 37 litres and weighs 3.4 kg. With regard to the dispatch of this prize, the winner must contact TUI BLUE independently via the email address specified in the prize confirmation email.

7. Participants in the competition are obliged to provide correct and complete information. If the contact details provided are incorrect (e.g. the email address), TUI BLUE is not obliged to investigate this further and any disadvantages resulting from this shall be to the detriment of the participant.

8. The winners shall be notified by TUI BLUE via email to the email address provided during registration. If the winner wishes to accept the prize, they must confirm this in writing via email to TUI BLUE within 14 days of being notified about the win (reconfirmation). If the participant fails to send such confirmation to TUI BLUE by the deadline using the contact details provided in the notification of winning, their prize will be considered forfeited and TUI BLUE shall be authorised to draw a new winner and to pass on the prize.

9. Cash payment of the winnings, even in part, or an exchange is not possible. Claims to winnings cannot be transferred to other persons.

10. For prize vouchers, the following applies: The redemption conditions stated on the voucher are valid. TUI BLUE is not liable for lost vouchers and will not provide replacements. Vouchers issued in a specific name as well as hotel vouchers are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the drawn winner.

11. Each prize comprises exclusively the components described in the prize description in clause 6 of these Conditions of Participation.

12. The competition may only be used for private purposes. Neither the competition nor the associated transmitted or produced content nor the websites and their content, in whole or in part, may be used commercially or in the course of business dealings by participants or third parties. Participants and third parties may not offer the competition, the content conveyed or produced for this reason, access to the websites or to their content to third parties either in return for payment or within the framework of sponsored services, nor may they distribute content from the websites themselves or keep it on record for distribution or other commercial use.

13. Please note that the availability and features of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The competition may be terminated or removed due to external circumstances and constraints without this giving rise to any claims by participants against TUI BLUE. In particular, TUI BLUE reserves the right to discontinue the competition in whole or in part (even without prior notice) or to restrict access to it, in whole or in part, without this giving rise to any claims by participants against TUI BLUE. This shall apply, in particular, in the event of the occurrence of computer viruses, faults in the software and/or hardware and/or for other technical reasons which entail more than insignificant impairment. This shall also apply in the event that the execution is more than insignificantly impaired or excluded for legal reasons, as well as in the event of manipulation or attempted manipulation that affects the administration, security, integrity and/or regular and orderly execution of the competition. If such termination was caused by the conduct of a participant, TUI BLUE may demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred. Attempts at manipulation will result in immediate exclusion from the competition. TUI BLUE reserves the right to take legal action.

14. Claims for damages in connection with this competition as well as claims for reduction in respect of the prizes against TUI BLUE are excluded irrespective of the legal basis, unless TUI BLUE, its legal representatives or vicarious agents have acted intentionally or with gross negligence. TUI BLUE shall only be liable for slight negligence if a contractual obligation essential for achieving the purpose of the contract has been breached by TUI BLUE, its legal representatives or executives or vicarious agents. This limitation of liability shall not apply in the case of claims for damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health or the assumption of a guarantee of quality or fraudulent concealment of defects on the part of TUI BLUE. Insofar as TUI BLUE is liable for slight negligence, the claim for damages shall be limited to the foreseeable damages typical for the contract. TUI BLUE does not provide any warranty as to quality or any comparable warranty in respect of the prize. Defects or damage to the TUI Horizn suitcase must be notified to TUI BLUE by the winner without delay upon receipt of the prize.

15. These Conditions of Participation may be amended by TUI BLUE at any time without separate notification, taking into account the respective interests, and within reason. Should individual provisions of the Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining Conditions of Participation shall remain unaffected.

16. Legal recourse is excluded with regard to participation and winner selection.

17. During the duration of the competition, participants have the option to withdraw from participation at any time during the period of the competition. A corresponding notification can be sent informally to the marketing department of TUI BLUE via email to newsletter@tui-blue.com, which will result in exclusion from participation in the competition. Any complaints can also be directed to the TUI BLUE marketing department and TUI BLUE will endeavour to resolve the dispute.
