Should I complain about a small step up to my drive?

The outside of my house is a private road which I believe I own part of. My neighbour needed a new electrical cable installing and I signed a wayleave agreement to northern powergrid allowing them to install the cable. It has been installed but when they have re-laid the road where they dug the trench they have left a 1” step up to my concrete drive. I don’t know whether to just leave it or whether it could cause problems at a later stage and I should contact northern powergrid and get them to rectify if.

For context my house has two drives, one each side and this only affects the one I use less, however I live alone and thus only have one car. If I were to sell or rent out the house (this is a future possibility) then another family may use both drives. The small step is a trip hazard, could I be liable if someone was hurt eg. Delivery driver or my neighbour?

It’s generally a neat job and is purely on the road outside my property not the property itself but I am slightly naffed off I now have this step. I just don’t know if I’m overthinking it.
