Just to give feedback… as Chirpychicken said it would be, case won and £60 (possibly £100) fee cancelled!!
Firstly thank you Chirpychicken (that offer of a drink stands!) and all for your help.
These scammers need to be stopped, it seems I would now have a strong case to say that these cowboys have obtained my information from the DVLA without sufficient evidence … (see below…) not sure whether to proceed with the below action, or whether I’m pushing my luck. Maybe when it starts costing them more than they are scamming people for they will stop!? 😡
anyone heard anything about pursuing this route?
