    @Suffolk_lass @Nelliegrace @mandco @Soontobeoap thank you so much for your input and advice! I'll divvy up the roasts accordingly later this evening with special care to leave some beef aside for stew / stir fry. I'll also chunk some of the pork shoulder roast as an option for a pork chile stew (Chile verde). Some of the pork will get cut into strips for stir fry as well. Thank you again!

    I cook the beef and then cube up the beef afterwards to freeze or make stew straight away for the next day. Tht way you use up all of the left overs and dont waste any. I spent years not realizing that you could make hot pot and stews/ pies with previously cookedd meat. It has been a real game changer for me.
