Moorside Legal- question about timeframes

Hello all- thanks for the wealth of inform on this site, it’s very useful and reassuring to know so many people are fighting these scams successfully!
I have a question about Moorside legal and time frames in which they tend to reach each stage.
I had a letter of claim dated 6th June this year, I replied via email as per the guide and got the template response. Since then I have awaited the claim to arrive- yet nothing has!
Is it common for them to wait for 6 months before escalating? How long do they usually take to reach this stage?
Anyone have any experience of this length of delay?

The only timeframe to sue you is 6 years, under the Limitations Act 1980
