By taking part in this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. JD Sports Fashion plc (“JD”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. JD is the promoter of this promotion which is run in conjunction with Clearpay Finance Limited (company number: 05198026) whose registered address is at 101 New Cavendish Street, London, W1W 6XH.

1. What can you win?

There will be one (1) winner who will win:

· Twelve (12) JD Sports eGiftcards, each with a value of £150.00 and a total value of £1,800.00.

(the “Prize“).

The Prize is subject to JD being able to contact the winner and confirm eligibility. The winner may choose to spend the value of the Prize on trainers or any other available product. JD has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD. JD shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

Prizes are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

1. What is excluded from the Prize?

JD will send out an eGift Card to the provided email address within the first 7 days of each month, until all 12 eGiftcards have been provided to the winner.

It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize, including but not limited to the delivery of the items purchased with the eGiftcards.

2. Who can enter?

Entrants must be:

· aged 18 years or over on the date of entry;

· a resident of England, Scotland or Wales.

JD reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

3. How to enter

The promotion starts on 24th November 2025 at 4:00pm (UK time) and ends on 27th November 2025 at 11:59PM (UK time). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

Entrants can enter the promotion by:

1. Accessing the Clearpay x JD Prize Draw entry page (“Entry Page”) via the link in the email received for those on the JD mailing list or accessed via the site banner on the JD UK site (www.jdsports.co.uk);

2. Entering their contact details on the Entry Page; and

3. Submitting the entry by selecting ‘Enter Now’.

No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.

If more than one entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

4. How are winners selected?

An electronic random name generator by will be used to select the winner. The decision of JD is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves).

 

The winners will be notified by e-mail to the address submitted on the Entry Page and must respond within 48 hours to confirm acceptance of the Prize. If the winner does not accept the Prize within 48 hours, JD reserves the right to pick another winner, and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.
