“DAY 1 ADVENT CALENDAR” LIMITED EDITION PRIZE DRAW – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) of LIDL GREAT BRITAIN LIMITED (company number: 02816429), whose registered office is Lidl House, 14 Kingston Road, Surbiton, England, KT5 9NU (the “Promoter”), apply exclusively to participation in the LIDL “DAY 1 ADVENT CALENDAR” Limited Edition Giveaway (the “Prize Draw”).

By entering and participating in the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Opening / Closing Date & Time

The Prize Draw opens at 00:01 on 24 November 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 26 November 2025 (the “Closing Date”).

2. How to Participate

To enter the Prize Draw, submit the entry form (the “Form”) via www.lidlday1adventcalendar.co.uk (the “Site”). Once submitted correctly, this counts as a valid entry.

You must provide:

• First name and surname
• Email address
• Home address

Eligibility requirements:

• Residents of the United Kingdom excluding Northern Ireland
• Aged 18 years or over on the day the entry is submitted
• Proof of age (passport or driver’s licence) may be required

Not eligible:

• Employees, family members, representatives, legal successors, or contractors of:
  • The Promoter
  • Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG, Germany

Additional participation terms:

• All entries must be made directly by the individual.
• Entry instructions on the Site also apply.
• No purchase or donation is necessary.
• Signing up to newsletters is optional and offers no advantage.
• One entry per person. Multiple entries void participation.
• Automated entries, syndicated entries, or entries made on behalf of others are prohibited.
• The Site and Form submissions are managed by Synergy Print Management Services Ltd (“Synergy-Group”) and PR agency The Romans London Ltd.

To withdraw from the Prize Draw, email info@lidlday1advent.co.uk with subject:
“WITHDRAW FROM LIDL DAY 1 ADVENT CALENDAR FREE PRIZE DRAW”.

3. The Prize Draw

• 1,000 winners (“Winners”) will be randomly selected by Synergy-Group within two (2) working days of the Closing Date.
• Each Winner receives one (1) limited edition Day 1 Advent Calendar containing a 24-square chocolate bar (the “Prize”).
• Winners will be notified via email (info@lidlday1advent.co.uk) within three (3) working days of the draw.
• Proof of identity may be required.
• Prizes are dispatched within three (3) working days of the notification email.
• Prizes are sent to the address provided in the Form.

A Winner loses entitlement to a Prize if:

• They fail to claim the Prize by the deadlines
• Synergy-Group cannot contact them within the required timeframes
• They fail to meet any obligations in these Terms

There are no reserve winners.

Prize conditions:

• Non-transferable
• Cannot be resold
• No cash alternative
• If unavailable, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted

Lost, damaged, or stolen prizes will not be replaced.

Voucher-type prizes:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Non-refundable
• Must be redeemed within 12 months
• Cannot be used to purchase alcohol
• Additional terms apply

Multiple email/account usage:

• Multiple entries detected from multiple accounts will result in only one entry being considered.
• The “Authorized Account Holder” of the submitting email is deemed the entrant.

Photographic ID may be required to claim a Prize.

The Promoter is not responsible for:

• Lost, delayed, corrupted, or incomplete claims
• Technical issues preventing prize collection

Winner name and county may be available for 3 months post-Closing Date upon request.

4. Personal Data

• Email address
• Passport/driver’s licence (for verification)

Purpose includes:

• Identity verification
• Selecting and contacting winners
• Publishing name and county upon lawful request
• Investigating fraudulent claims

Storage:

• Data retained securely for up to three (3) months after completion, except:
  • Winners of material prizes: retained for warranty periods
  • Fraud/legally related cases: retained until resolved
  • Withdrawn participants: deleted immediately

5. Premature Termination / Exclusion of Entrants

The Promoter may cancel or amend the Prize Draw if necessary due to circumstances outside its control.

Entries may be disqualified for being:

• Stolen, late, lost, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible
• Damaged, delayed, or misdirected
• Submitted using automated or scripted methods

The Promoter is not responsible for errors relating to:

• Technical issues
• Malfunctioning networks, systems, devices, software
• Processing entries
• Winner selection
• Prize delivery

The Promoter may disqualify individuals who:

• Use automated entry methods
• Tamper with the Prize Draw
• Act disruptively
• Provide inaccurate information
• Breach these Terms
• Gain unfair advantage

Any violation results in immediate termination of Winner privileges.

The Promoter is not liable for:

• Any loss or claim arising from participation or Prize acceptance
• Any third-party trademarks, logos, or names
• Costs associated with participation (e.g., internet access)

The Promoter:

• Is not responsible for external website content
• Will investigate and reject fraudulent claims
• Does not guarantee uninterrupted Site access
• Is not liable for Force Majeure events

“Force Majeure” includes (summarised):

• Natural disasters
• War, terrorism, riots
• Strikes, labour disturbances
• Equipment failure
• Utility outages
• Changes in law
• Government action
• Supply or transport failures

The Promoter’s decisions are final.

Legal jurisdiction:

• England and Wales law applies
• Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction
