Use of data from previous case

 Being careful not to give much away here but I think it’s enough. 

Previous case with one of the scammers which went to court and was won by the keeper thanks in no small part to many of you, thanks. 

In the communication of the bundle a very specific, single purpose email address was used incorporating the court case number. 

Now being chased by the same scammer for a different PCN and they have communicated using that same email address from over a year ago. 

This isn’t a true parking invoice issue but wonder if I don’t have some sort of case against the scammer under the DPA in using private data for a purpose other than was originally used. 

Thoughts on my position and what I could do about it (other than simply telling them consent is explicitly objected to)?

Hmmm... was the single use email used well before the second PCN was even first issued?

No, the second PCN is about 5 years old, court case where the email was used was 15 months ago.

Hmmm...I'm not a data expert but I tend to think as there were two live PCNs (at the time of the email address being confirmed) they were right to note it as an updated method of contacting that data subject.
