Can 1 Hub serve 2 Hive Controllers in Same House?

Our house has 2 boilers, one serving the main house and another boiler serving the granny flat attached. The granny flat has a Hive thermostat installed already for its combi boiler and we're looking to get another one for the main house (conventional) boiler. Since we already have a hub for the current Hive, do we need another one for the second Hive thermostat? The existing hub is actually placed in the main house, next to the router.

My granddaughter has a combi boiler, Hive hub and controls ground floor and upper floor separately

We have 2 boilers, one for the main house and one for what was an extension built at a later date.
