Hello,
I have received a PCN from Swansea Council for allegedly parking in a taxi rank. The "photos" at the top of the letter have been left blank, as attached. Therefore, I went to the council website to appeal. However, the photos are visible on the appeals page. I would like to know if I have grounds to appeal due to Procedural Impropriety due to the pictorial evidence not being on the PCN letter. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

As its a council matter, go to the FTLA parking forum website and post there after reading the posting requirements first2
