Stop phoning them, do not talk to Moorside Legal !

Study the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum, especially posts 4 & 2

Times24 UK is part of the trading name of National Car Parks (NCP). Who has mentioned the name of Moorside to you?

Moorside legal is having a rampage, sending me another letter with a different ref number which I do not recognise.

So it may be a quite old ticket, unless they repeatedly sending LBC/LOC for the same ticket… but I am not gonna register onto their portal to find out zzzzz

Just do the usual email and wait for the court letter…

So I emailed the suggested template to the usual addresses and the litigationteam@ provided by kryten3000 above. Today I received a reply from noreply@moorsidelegal.co.uk . They mentioned in the email when the ticket happened so now I at least know which ticket it refers to LOL

Do NOT continue reading, as it's a quite standard reply. I paste here just so if others know what they will be expecting…

Sorry a bit more information i want to add to my above reply/post. So yes they are repeatedly sending out LBC for a same ticket.

The ticket happened on October 24. I've received their LoC on April 25. Probably because they are having a new system now, they sent this LBC with a different reference number without mentioning which ticket or date on it!

Moorside Legal were not active in 2024 so they are now hitting the ground running for certain parking firms.
