Manchester Airport Parking Invoice - Private Lease Vehicle

Hi,
I've reviewed the various threads on airport parking invoices, the newbie thread and all of the appeals template threads but still a little unclear on some things.
My personal lease vehicle company have been issued with an invoice for a parking charge APOCA say was incurred at Manchester T1. APOCA "invite" the lease company as the registered keeper to pay the invoice on behalf of the driver because they accuse the driver of not paying the ANPR based parking charge that they say was due by midnight the following day.
As the lesee should I appeal the charge, declaring myself as the lesee? If so which template should I use? I've seen some conflicting info on it so want to be clear.

Doesn't matter as long as you do not admit to driving. Any appeal as hirer will do.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
