Lloyds Bank Payments Technical Issues

Hi, I am wondering if other people are having the same issue as me.  If I try to make an online payment through the Lloyds Bank website I get a message that customers cannot currently make online payments due to a "Technical Error".  I first had this problem on 14th November, I have been out of the country and coming home find that this is still the case.  I have tried an online chat, after requesting to talk with to a human rather than their bot, I asked why I could not make payments online and he/she did not respond.  Eventually after adding another message that I considered this to be very very poor I have had a response advising that my conversation has been passed to a complaints specialist - I am still waiting for them to respond.  To clarify, this refers to using their website not the app.

    If there was a general error to faster payments from Lloyds Bank I'm pretty sure the issue would have been widely reported.

    Can you still make payments with your debit card? Any chance that your account has been suspended?

    Lloyds payments have definitely been working since 14th Nov, I've done many since then
    Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

    If this is only happening via the website, does using a different Internet browser or using incognito mode work?

    Not had any problems, but have only paid to already-set-up recipients
