PoFA compliant??

Hi all. Is this fine PoFA compliant? Are there grounds to get it thrown out? I didn't even park, I drove in there to take a phone call and then left. Any help to get this thrown out ASAP would be greatly appreciated

It is not a fine.
The front is not PoFA compliant, but we will need to see the back to be certain.
You have indirectly identified the driver. That's not a good idea when relying on no-keeper liability.
It's also not a good idea for the driver to enter private property uninvited to take a 'phone call.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

It's a free retail car park during the day, I had no idea it wasn't free after a certain time. I don't think I've ever seen a sign in all the time I've used it before0

here's the back

And yeah, I meant 'the driver', not 'I' 😕0

Compare it to the pictures in my NTK pictures thread. It's better that you see for yourself and spot which wording version it matches.
You tell us, please!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Where can I find them please?0

I found them. I'm thinking my one is non-compliant?0

Correct. Look at the wording wording about what the NTK asks the keeper to do with if they were not the driver, compare it with what the PoFA says, then play the missing words game. It specifically fails to ask the keeper to do something. There may be other PoFA failures as well.Stevienics said:I found them. I'm thinking my one is non-compliant?I married my cousin.
