    Well 2nd on your list is Boden and they still don't have correct information outlining your right to cancel the contract.

    Carlucci's thinks alcohol is perishable, they sell wine, a product that doesn't require a best before date.... 

    Can't be bothered to check the rest. 

    Would it be fair to suggest your article is misleading in giving people confidence to shop with these companies when you haven't done the due diligence to ensure their terms do actually comply with UK consumer legislation?

    They can't even get the number correct, the article says 28 (apart from one place where it says 30). Maybe they should withdraw the entire article until it can be corrected and delete this thread to prevent more disinformation being spread.
