I requested a withdrawal online and they said they would send a code by email which never arrived.  Requested them to resend it they said it would be sent by WhatsApp but I do not use this App.  Any ideas welcome.  Thanks
As someone mentioned before it is possible to call them and arrange for the code that gets sent to WhatsApp to be sent to your email.  It takes a little while to arrive but it does seem to work.  So far I have only used it for logging on and not withdrawals.  I don't know if you had a one off arrangement to send the code to your email but it may be worth calling again to see if they would make it a permanent fixture?

It is strange that they would not allow you to use an authenticator app for this if they let you use it to log on.

In any case I decided to ditch Progressive due to their really rather poor handling of this whole scenario. Not worth dealing with a BS who’ll make seemingly arbitrary changes to how funds can be accessed without giving any notice to customers.
    I wish I had your principles, but £300/mth @ 7%.......
Alas, my principles aren’t quite that strong - Already stuck with the previous issue @ 5.5% until the account matures, not unhappy with that though as it was a decent rate at the time of account opening. The money withdrawn from Progressive is now with Monmouthshire where I can deposit £2000/mth @ 7%, plus a further £500/mth @ 6%, so I’m still better off for having made the switch.

    I thought I'd maxed out at MonBS, isn't it £1k @ 7% and 2 x £500 @ 6% a month?

    £1k Exclusive App Saver @ 7%
    £500 Exclusive Branch Saver @ 7%
    £500 Regular Saver @ 6%

Some people had more than one App Saver opened, and they don't seem to be particularly keen to close additional accounts.

Typically yes, though their application process via the app seems to be a bit shaky at times which can result in duplicate accounts being opened. Completely unintentional on my part, but by some luck I ended up with two App Exclusive savers (1k @ 7% each). Strictly speaking this wouldn’t be in line with the T&Cs, but based on what others have reported, MonBS will honour any additional accounts they’ve created in error if they’ve been funded.
