Combining postage

Recently I asked about combining postage for Simple delivery - I found out it was not possible to do so just left it.
What about combining postage for custom postage items? Does it work like before? Buyer puts them in his basket and asks me to revise the postage? How does it work? Buyer wants to purchase 6 items - all custom postage.

For custom postage I just refund the excess postage but as soon as I print the eBay postage label (I always buy my labels from eBay) I add the tracking number to the other sales as well so they all track to delivery.kalsha said:Recently I asked about combining postage for Simple delivery - I found out it was not possible to do so just left it.
