Process after signing TR1 Form

We are selling our share of a house - we have now signed the TR1 form and I know that the buyers have signed. On the form we signed there is room for the buyers to sign and I take it that on their form our names would appear.
What happens now? Do those forms get sent to the other parties or are they somehow merged? I.E. do we only sign once?
Its a transfer to a family member - they are buying us out of our share.
sorry if its a silly question - I didn't want to bother the solicitor with it!
