N180 sent via email to DQ email address and CC'd DCB Legal but not logged on MCOL history

Hi all, N180 completed and sent via email on 14/11/25 but not logged on MCOL history. I did receive the automated response from both but wondered how long it usually takes to be logged - thank you!

It will probably be done sometime this week, but keep checking your MCOL claim history regularly until it's logged
Send it again on Monday 1st December if not done by then, adding a copy of the previous auto email response and marking your email URGENT, UNPROCESSED DOCUMENTS attached1 -

Hi, can I ask what email address you used for DCB in Runcorn please? I've just received my N180 and there's no way it's going to be back by the 29th if I post it. They haven't provided an email address that I can see on the paperwork...0

The DQ on this track has no relevance to the other party , they dont do anything with it and it makes zero difference to them, they dont even read them2 -
Thanks for your help with this. They decided to acknowledge my DQ on the deadline date after chasing it up numerous times. Mediation appointment on 28th January!!1
