Party wall notice for outbuilding

Is a party wall notice needed for outbuildings?
We want to demolish our stone outbuilding, but the rear wall is also the neighbouring shed
Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!

I would have thought yes you do. If the rear wall of your outbuilding is also the neighbour’s shed wall, this is very likely a party wall IMHO.

Is the wall entirely on your land (or is the wall in question partly on their land/boundary?)
