Long weekend or 4 nights Rome, nice place for a visit and within that budget. Went last year and plenty to see and do if you like achitecture, history and walking oh and plenty of bars and cafes too.:hello: Lets all save a £ or two, lets all earn a £ or two, and lets all enjoy spending that £ or two wisely.

Good point about the end of May..We went to Cyprus last year in the first week in May and the weather was stunning. The year before same week we went to Crete and it rained for five days and we had to buy extra warm clothing and have heating in the apartment all day and night.. This was not the norm but we will pack accordingly whenever we go away at the start or end of a season.. I suppose thats why there is a start and a end to a season in some places..:osometimes you're the pigeon, sometimes you're the statue!0 -
