A: 12/12 Bubble Design (Starts 01/12)
Terms and conditions
1. The Promoter
The competition is organised and run by Bubble Design & Marketing Ltd, Unit 9, Amelia Court, Swanton Close, Retford, Nottinghamshire, DN22 7HJ.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must find the hidden festive Bubble team member on the Bubble website each day, take a screenshot of the webpage, and email it to competitions@bubbledesign.co.uk before the daily closing time.
No purchase is necessary, and entry is free.
3. Competition Period
The competition runs daily from 1st to 12th December 2025.
Entries for each daily prize close at 11:59pm on the same day. Entries received after this time will not be entered into that day’s draw.
4. Eligibility
• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
• Employees of Bubble Design & Marketing Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.
• Participants may enter once per day but can take part on multiple days throughout the competition period.
5. Prizes
• A new prize will be announced each day via Bubble’s website, email, and social media channels.
• Example prizes may include gift cards or merchandise.
• No cash alternative will be offered, and prizes are non-transferable.
• All prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Bubble reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries each day.
• The winner will be contacted via the email address used to submit their entry within 24 hours of the daily closing time.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Bubble reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that their name and entry may be used in reasonable publicity by Bubble (e.g. on Bubble’s website and social media channels). No personal contact details will be shared publicly.
8. Data Protection
Any personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this competition in accordance with UK data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties.
9. General
• Bubble reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
