Hi people, i've just bought a laptop (a laptop which a lot of you gave me advice on, so thank you!) and I now want to go wireless at home...
My internet provider is Tiscali however i'm likely to change to Sky broadband - will this make a difference to what router I should buy?
What are the main things I need to look for to ensure I get a decent one?
Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Is sky a cable service?
Get a router
BT supply a home hub
You can get any good brand router you like to own, Belkin, linksys,d-link, 3Com all the same really.
Consider if you ever want to go wirelesss, and then the maximum distance from router to laptop, then age of building, wall material thickness, other networks in the same location area...0 -
Sky supply thier own router and you can only use that one as the password is encoded into it0
