4. The prize is subject to availability, exclusions may apply, and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, must be taken by the named prize winner plus one guest, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. The winner is responsible for transport to and from their chosen location.
4.1 Once booked, this prize cannot be reused or rescheduled.
4.2. The prize draw will be open until the end time/date detailed on the original competition source. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the prize draw.
4.3. The prize is One Aldwych's 'Sunday Style Brunch' for two people, and consists of a three-course brunch for two with a glass of Champagne or a Bloody Mary on arrival. Any additional orders or drinks will be charged to the winner.
4.4. The prize is valid on Sundays only, and must be redeemed by Sunday, 29th March, 2026.
4.5. The prize must be booked with One Aldwych directly.
4.6. Standard One Aldwych booking policies/terms and conditions apply – please read them before redeeming the prize.
4.7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the competition promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the specified prize become unavailable.
4.8. The promoters reserve the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion and any prize issued in the event of a major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual or anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstance beyond the promoter’s control.
4.9. The promoters cannot be held liable for any failure by third parties to fulfil their obligations or for any acts or omissions outside their control. However, the promoters will endeavour to minimise the effect of any such failure.
