Can't log on to Bank of Scotland app.

Anyone else having problems? The login screen won't load and there is an error message. It's been like that for a couple of days..

I use a desk top and I can't log into Tesco Bank on Chrome I have to go through Microsoft Egde now, all other banking things are fine.

@Archergirl sorry but that's totally irrelevant.

@MynameisMichaelCane delete all app data and clear cache, make sure you know your full log in details as you'll need them.

Uninstall the app.

Restart your phone, sometimes gets rid of glitches.

Reinstall the app from the appropriate app store.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I tried to reinstall the app and I couldn't because the operating system is apparently too old. Unfortunately the iPad I have won't let me update the operating system. I was able to install the app on my phone, however, and I was able to log on to the BoS app that way. Maybe I should be looking for a new iPad in the Black Friday sales!

Archergirl, that seems a strange problem. I've no idea why that would be, but it's a reminder that when something doesn't work well on one browser it may be worth trying a different one.
