oxbury registration and Enduring power of attorney problems

I have tried to register with Oxbury Bank with severe problems. Also they are not accepting my EPA which is accepted by other banks ie Santander and TSB. The bank has problems with chromebooks and android phones . I cannot log i or they will not accept my EPA which I confirmed online in Sep 2007 before the Power of attorney changed. I conformed it oline as I am the attorney other banks have accepted it sinec Sept 2007 but Oxbury do not . THIS SA DISGRACE. DONT TOUCH OXBURY

When you say it’s your EPA, I presume you actually mean that you are the attorney acting for someone else? Your post is a bit confusing.On what basis are they saying they won’t accept it?All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
