Santander EDGE Saver renewal

I just noticed this month's interest payment was lower than previously so assume this is due to the bonus expiring - for Issue 2.
What is the best way to renew this to get the new Issue 4? Ideally want to be able to get a new one without contacting customer services.
I hold a second EDGE saver opened earlier this year. I recall being told my customer services that you could only hold 1 so want to avoid having to contact them.

You have to close the old one, you can use the HELP section and interact with their lovely bot, Sandi.
It'll take you through a few questions and then close it within 3-5 working days.
I don't understand how you already have two unless the other is linked to a joint account.1 -
I have two Santander Edge Current Accounts, both solo in my name. I inquired by phone about how many I could have and was told two! I asked if one of them needed to be a joint account and was told no. Opening two Edge CAs allowed me to open two Edge Savers, one for each CA.Compiler of the RS League Table.

To be honest, I don't understand how I have two as when I tried to open a second Edge current account, it blocked me. But then it got opened anyway! So I must have then proceeded to get the saver account.
I've seen reports on here of others having 2. Could be a system glitch.0 -
Well, that was easier than expected! Sandi has improved over the past year as I recall closing accounts via the chat involved more stages and having to type in your account details. But it was much more automated.
