Parking Eye PCN - Lease company paid the fee

Yep you could sue the hotel and the lease company (both). Chances are one or other won't defend.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok folks. Good news. The hotel have confirmed this has been cancelled and refunded to the lease company.
They apologised, and said Parking Eye has been more trouble than it's worth and the only reason they had it was a nearby call centre had no parking and they all used the hotel parking, but they've now left the estate.
