Anyone used the Co-op Business Bank Account?

hhm, I am small business and moved to the Co-op for cheaper charges (!!) - however, for the first 6 weeks noone could pay into my account due to a technical error on their end (now sorted I hope) and just today, when I paid an invoice it actually lists it as a standing order. I rang the bank and they said that this is how they listed invoices paid! - I dont think this is correct? - and said as much. I am very unhappy with them, and having just moved to them, I wish I had stayed with my original Santander account, who although they charge - I had no problems. Anyone else?

They are pretty clunky, to say the least, compared to the likes of Santander; however, not as bad as Virgin, who I switched our Santander business account to! Not had the invoices/standing order experience though...0

Banking id great when everything is working as it should, but it seems a nightmare to sort out problems if they occur. I'm with Santander and thinking of moving to HSBC who are offering free banking at the moment. Anyone had any experiences to share there?0
